What this is

Padel Vista ("Vista") is an app, developed and operated by F4 Padel, hosting several padel tools. One of them, RallyStat, uses AI to analyse padel technique from video clips you upload. By using Vista, you agree to these terms.

What the service does — and doesn't — promise

• Analysis is generated by an AI model (Google's Gemini) reasoning over your video. It is an estimate, not professional coaching advice, and may be inaccurate, incomplete, or inconsistent between clips.
• Scores and feedback are provided "as is," with no guarantee of accuracy, and should not be relied on as the sole basis for any decision about training, technique changes, or anything else.
• We may change, limit, or discontinue the service, or any part of it, at any time.

Your responsibilities

• Only upload video you have the right to share. Padel is played 2v2, so your footage will likely include other real people — be considerate of their privacy.
• Don't use the service for anything illegal, or to upload content that's harmful, infringing, or violates anyone else's rights.
• You're responsible for the accuracy of any information you provide (e.g. the optional appearance/clothing description).

Data and privacy

How your video and any information you provide is handled is described in our Privacy Policy — by using this service, you also agree to that policy.

No warranty

The service is provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including but not limited to accuracy, reliability, or fitness for a particular purpose.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, F4 Padel is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service, including reliance on any analysis, score, or feedback it provides.

Intellectual property

The app itself (branding, design, and underlying software) belongs to F4 Padel. You retain ownership of the video you upload; you're simply granting the permissions necessary for us to send it to Google's Gemini API to generate your analysis.

Termination

We may suspend or terminate access to the service for any user, at any time, particularly for violating these terms.

Governing law

Changes to these terms
